Privacy Policy

At Great Recruiters, LLC, your privacy is very important to us. Great Recruiters’ website and technology involve the collection and use of information about those who visit or use our website. This privacy policy explains what type of information we collect and what we may do with that information. This privacy policy may change from time to time, so please check back often.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web pages. Personally identifiable information is not shared or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes outside the purpose of the services being provided. Great Recruiters does use the data collected to improve and provide better access and functionality on its platform or as you may have otherwise requested. Great Recruiters reserves the right to collect and aggregate data, ratings, and reviews for commercial purposes without identifying the source of such data, ratings, or reviews, as may be provided under our Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or an enterprise software as a service agreement (“SaaS”).

What Information Do We Collect?

In general, you can visit our website without identifying who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Information collected online can generally be categorized as anonymous or personally identifiable. Anonymous information is information that cannot be connected to the identity of a specific individual. “Personally identifiable information” is information that specifically identifies a particular user, such as by name, email address, or phone number. An example of anonymous information is data our website may record regarding the number of visits to a particular page that occurred in a given period of time; however, it does not reveal the names or other identifying information of every visitor. Some visitors or users will choose not to provide any personally identifiable information; therefore, those individuals are
anonymous to us, and any data collected about their use of our website is anonymous information; sometimes, this information may be referred to as “metadata.” However, for data related to reviews provided, such data may be identified as to a particular user because that user must have affirmatively agreed to our Terms of Use to submit a review. Users may elect to keep all information anonymous to third parties.

Automatic Anonymous Information

When you visit our website, we may collect certain technical and routing information about your computer. For example, we may log environmental variables such as browser type, operating system and CPU speed, and the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your originating Internet Service Provider, to try to bring you the best possible user experience. We also record search requests and results to try to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our search engine. We may use your IP address to track your use of our website, including pages visited and the time spent on each page. We may collect this information and use it to measure the use of this website and improve its content and performance. All of the information that is automatically submitted to us by your browser is considered anonymous information. To the extent we share such information with third parties or internally for performance improvement, it is not traceable to any particular user and will never be used to contact or solicit you for any reason other than providing services you purchased or requested.

We do not control the collection or use of such information by these other companies or organizations. You should contact those specific companies or organizations if you have any questions about their collection or use of the information that they collect about you.

Registration to access platform services requires the user to review and affirmatively accept applicable Terms of Service governing such access. We use such data for generating statistical studies, conducting marketing research, improving our website and platform, sending surveys, and notifying users of changes to our website or policies that may affect you. When you submit personally identifiable information to us, you acknowledge and understand your agreement to allow us to access, store, and use that information for the purposes detailed herein.

Except for the disclosure of information in accordance with and furtherance of the agreed-upon Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or SaaS agreement, we will not sell or give personally identifiable information to any third parties unless compelled by law or to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, including without limitation suspected fraud. We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to certain governmental authorities or agencies. If requested by law enforcement or by judicial order, we will provide this information on receipt of the appropriate documentation by the requesting agency or authority. We may also release information to law enforcement agencies or other third parties if we feel it is necessary to protect the safety and welfare of any person or to enforce the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or an applicable SaaS agreement.
