In order to become Top Rated, you need to start capturing reviews on the Great Recruiters platform. (You can get a free company starter account here.)

Once you’re set up, here are some tips to start making headway:

  • Don’t be passive. It’s important to actively solicit feedback from candidates, clients, and placed talent at every step of the process.
  • Don’t just talk to the people you place. You’ll only learn from reviewing the whole of the experiences you create—and a good 90% of those are the talent who you never place.
