Other requirements include:
- Minimum of 6-months review data collected on the GR platform
- Organization has a process implemented to consistently solicit feedback
- All recruiters within the organization are being reviewed on the GR platform
- Organization maintains a Great Recruiters rating of 4.6 or higher
- Minimum of 35% of the organizations recruiters are GR Certified
- GR company public profile is enabled and linked on organization’s website
- Individual GR review link is embedded into recruiters’ email signatures
