For years, Amare Medical Network operated under three distinct brands. In 2022, they merged into a single brand, streamlining their processes, technologies, & experiences to drive that brand’s growth.
Before the merge, Amare’s approach to experience measurement and management was disjointed. “It was a bit of Google reviews, a bit of Glassdoor. Under three different brands, it was hard to assimilate and provide a good NPS score,” said Scott Shelander, Amare President & COO.
